”Access

Access Management > Object Security Permissions

Report Purpose: This report presents the level of access granted to a specific object.

Background: Administrators need to review User Security Rights for objects across all environments

Business Rules: This report does not account for users with Administrator rights. Therefore, please review your selected user’s access rights to environments and objects if the report does not return data.

Technical Rules: This report is available only on the EPC 5 DB, which means it reads from the “In Progress” DB not from the “Published” DB, as it uses a function found only in the EPC 5 DB.

”Administration

Administration > Users by Last Login Date

Report Purpose: This report presents the list of users with their last time login dates to EPC. 

Background: Administrators need to review when each user was connected to EPC for the last time. 

Business Rules: If a user has never been connected to the tool, the user won’t appear on the list. If a user has been deleted, the data regarding this user would still appear in the Report, showing the last login date of this user. 

Technical Rules: This report is available only on the EPC 5 DB, which means it reads from the “In Progress” DB not from the “Published” DB, as it uses a function found only in the EPC 5 DB.

Type of Report: User activity Report

Target Users: Administrators

”Analysis

Analysis & Improvement > Process Performance Review Report

Report Purpose: This report will list all KPIs & their last values, which are associated to the selected Process & their children. 

Background: Process Owner & Executives want to know how good are their Processes performing against their KPIs. It gives the possibility to see the KPIs from a Process perspective.

Business Rules: It will also display the KCI & KRI, and their types is specified the Type column. The diagram on the left allows you to have a summary of all the PIs evaluated under a specific Process & to have a global evaluation based on the color code RGB of each PI.

”Asset

Asset Management > Asset Inventory

Report Purpose: This report will list all assets existing in your environment with all of its major metadata. 

Background: A concise IT asset inventory report is crucial for optimizing resources, ensuring compliance, and making informed decisions in the organization.

Business Rules: The information in Blue are the Information Security Attributes of the assets. You can use the two quick filters to select an asset or a status of the asset. 

Technical Rules: This report is available on the EPC 5 DB (Latest) & on the EPC 5P DB (Published) , which means it reads from the “In Progress” database & from the “Published” database. There is one report for the Latest DB, and one report for the Published DB.

”Association

Association & Impact Analysis > Indirect Relationship Impact

Report Purpose: The goal of the Report is to be able to see the impact of an object with another object through Process & flow objects. For example, you want to know for all your roles, which assets they will be using. Since roles and assets are associated to tasks, their relationship is indirect and not visible in any of their impact. Using this report, you will have the possibility to know the list of assets a role needs to do its tasks. 

Background: Many roles within an organization are really keen to know which roles/resources are supposed to use which assets inside the organization. This allow you to have better understanding for each asset, what should be their permissions for each role.

Business Rules: You have to select a Source Object & a Target Object which will be connected through the Process Modules. The Indirect connection will always be through the Process module.

Technical Rules: This report is available on the EPC 5 DB (Latest) & on the EPC 5P DB (Published) , which means it reads from the “In Progress” database & from the “Published” database.

”Association

Association & Impact Analysis > Relationship Impact List Report

Report Purpose: This Report will give you the impact for each object of a module that you will have selected. For example, if you choose ‘Process’ as Source object, the report will list for all processes, their direct impact objects, controls, rules, roles, which are associated with these processes. 

Background: Managers & Executives want to know the direct impact that each resource & role of the Organization has on its Processes, Policies & daily tasks. 

Business Rules: You first have to select the Source object in which you want to see the direct impact. Once the report is there, you can use 3 quick filters to adjust the output : Specify the source name, the target type (only control, or only rules), and the assignement type.

”Capability

Capability Management > Capability List

Report Purpose: This report contains 3 tabs. The main goal of this report is to give you an overview of your Business capabilities. Each capability has a card whose color defines its maturity and its impacts are listed within the card. In a second tab, you can visualize the Maturity of all your capabilities in a diagram. In a third tab, you can visualize the SWOT analysis of a capability, by selecting it. 

Background: Executives want to have an overview of their Business capabilities, being able to quickly see their maturity and their impact within a click.

Collaboration Forum > Collaboration Trends Report

Report Purpose:
Content Popularity : List of Stacked histogram that analyses which objects received the most engagement in terms of forum threads and replies by date.
Register : Full list of posts by objects, along with dates, number of replies, and more.
Dasboard : A dashboard for monitoring forum activity in terms of distribution of posts per objects, most liked posts, and general post trends per month.
Open IR Popularity : A Graph & table to track IR popularity (Votes, replies) on your environment. 
Billboard : Initiators and most active post repliers

Background: Being able to manage & track all interactions & IR at one glance.

Report Purpose: This goal of this report is to track who downloaded a SOP, on which object, when, and with which template. 

Background: As any user is able to download a SOP, Admin want to have a overview of what information has been downloaded, by whom, and was it latest information.

Report Purpose: The goal of this report is to list all terms with their main metadata (Tab 1), display their impacts with associated objects (Tab 2) & responsibilities (Tab 3).

Background: Managers want to display their Organizational terms with impact & responsibilities. 

Business Rules: None

”Governance

Governance > Confirmations Report

Report Purpose: This report allows you to track all confirmation notification sent to all users for all published objects. It will list if the user has confirmed & when. 

Background: Managers who publish content on EPC want to track that stakeholders have read and confirmed the new publication of an object. 

Business Rules: For each new version published, a confirmation notification is sent, which is why the version Column is important in this report. The two quick filter of Object Name & User name allow you to track the confirmation of a specific object, or a specific user. 

Technical Rules: This report is available on the EPC 5 DB (Latest) & on the EPC 5P DB (Published) , which means it reads from the “In Progress” database & from the “Published” database.

Governance > Confirmations Tracking Report

Report Purpose: This report will give you the percentage of confirmation accomplished on all objects published that you selected

Background: Once an object is published, Process Owner, Admin Users, Auditors want to track that all stakeholder have confirmed the new release version of an object (New policy, new process, etc.).

Business Rules: Users have 1 month to confirm a new published object on time. After 20 days, the object will be displayed in yellow, and after 30 days, in red. 

Technical Rules: This report is available on the EPC 5 DB (Latest) & on the EPC 5P DB (Published) , which means it reads from the “In Progress” database & from the “Published” database.

Report Purpose: A matrix between data entities/attributes and assets. Showcases the degrees of responsibility assets have towards them using RACI, where R = Responsible for storing it / Master Data source, C = Consulted/read from as part of a data flow, I = Informed/written into as part as a data flow

Report Purpose: This report will list all users existing in EPC, and inform you whether the user has profile picture, has a resource within at least one environment, and if it is a Modeler. 

Background: Admin user need to know if all users are correctly setup within the tool in a quick way. 

Business Rules: It is not specific to any language or environments, only about the Application EPC itself. 

Technical Rules: This report is available on the EPC 5 DB (Latest) & on the EPC 5P DB (Published) , which means it reads from the “In Progress” database & from the “Published” database.

”Performance

Performance Management > Key Indicator Report

Report Purpose: This Key Indicator Report will give performance information about a KPI, such as threshold values, highs, lows, averages and other statistics. It will show a trend chart and a box plot for advanced stats.

Background

Business Rules: It works for any PI (KPI, KCI, KRI). If the KPI is associated to a process, it will be also displayed, with its hyperlink.

”Performance

Performance Management > Objective Scorecard Report

Report Purpose: This report has a section with information relating to the selected objective (versioning, RACI data, score distributions. It has a second section presents all KPIs stored within it in cards. Each card is color coded by that KPIs performance. Provides KPI data relating to latest measurements. Report drills through to the Key Indicator Report.

Background: Process Owner & Executives want in a visual & fast way how are their objectives are performing.

Business Rules: It will also display all PIs (KPI, KCI, KRI) under the selected objective. The diagram on the right gives a performance distribution diagram of the objective, based on latest values of each PI.

Technical Rules: This report is available on the EPC 5 DB (Latest) & on the EPC 5P DB (Published) , which means it reads from the “In Progress” database & from the “Published” database.

Process Management > Aggregate Taxonomy Assessment Report

Report Purpose: This report gives a formatted list that identifies any missing information that should be included in process documentation.

Background: When modeling a Process, there are general standards required to make sure the process will be understood, such as Description, Accountable, Start & End, etc. This report will tell you if your processes are respecting the general standard. 

Business Rules: If an information is missing, it will be displayed in red.

”Workflow

Workflow and Action Management > Action Analytics Report

Report Purpose: Dashboard featuring counts of all open actions by type and user. Provides action aging stats and provides trend charts showing activity over a period of time.
Features a list with all open action, the associated user, the action’s age and many filters for filtering the register and dashboard.

Background: Admin need to track ongoing action within EPC.
