File names are cropped when downloading (even if zipped)

Hi there,

When downloading files from EPC the files names are cropped if the length is over  certain limit. is there any way to solve this?

is it possible to access the folders and files using an sftp client? please provide me some info on this.

Hello Rashad,
EPC doesn't crop the file names. On file download the file is saved with the saved file name (not document name).
Please check your document in EPC and expand the section "File Details"
If the name shows cropped, it means it was migrated/uploaded with that filename.
