Can we make the application display only finished objects ?

When a Process is being designed (under construction), can we prevent other Users from viewing it? I want to setup the application in such a way that the other Users should be able to see only finished processes and not the ones which are incomplete. Is it possible?

Once an object is determined to be "completed" it can be published so that end users can see the changes. For users to be able to only see published content, administrators can set their permissions such that they can only be in the Published Only mode. Alternatively, you can also move objects to a set or a folder which has been denied read permission to a subset of users.
