Is there a way to upload more than just one document at a time?

In general, creating documents is a tedious task. I have many documents to upload and share to the end users. Is there a way in EPC to upload more than one document at a time?

In my version of EPC, it does allow you to upload multiple files at the same time.  It generates the object name based on the file name, and it will apply any associations you specify to all of the uploaded documents.
