For a PDF file, PREVIEW button does not appear in Google Chrome

This is kind of weird. I am trying to Preview a PDF document from EPC Application. However, the PDF document does not appear itself. Note that this is limited only to PDF. I am able to preview other files. Also, this is limited only to Google Chrome browser. It works as expected in other browsers.

Hi Alex,

In Google Chrome, there is a setting which would make the browser decide what to do with PDF documents. It can either download it or open them. In some browsers, it is set to download. If that is the case, the PDF preview button would not appear. You will have to change it to Open referring to the below procedure.
