Is it possible to customize the notifications triggered from the System? If so, what is the procedure? And what all parts of the notifications can be customized?

Yes - The EPC Application uses a template to trigger out notifications. We can customize the logos, subject, content and even headers/footers for the Emails.

For performing this action, we would direct access to the EPC Server. Once the files are updated, we would also need to restart a few dockers. During the time the dockers are down, the EPC Application will also be inaccessible.
