You can effortlessly upload and download Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides into our Document Management System (DMS). Files can be previewed directly in the application as PDFs—no need to download them to view the content. In addition, we offer seamless migration of your existing Google Docs—such as policies, procedures, and process documentation—into user-friendly, data-driven digital processes and WIKI pages. This transition not only eliminates the need for Google Workspace licenses for editing and management but also unlocks advanced capabilities like intelligent reuse, reference linking, and impact analysis. Much like our existing direct integration with MS365 for real-time collaborative editing, integration with Google Workspace for direct document editing is also on our product roadmap. Our platform also supports direct import from tools like Draw.io and Visio, as well as legacy BPM platforms such as ARIS, using file formats like .bpmn, .vsdx, and .xml.
