I do not have preview icons showing up on my Documents on the List Page . Please help.

This can sometimes happen! Thankfully there is a way to get these previews generated. You'll need to ask your Env or System Admin to click on a button from the Environment Admin Panel. See attached for a screenshot.

This is assuredly resolve the issue!
